Photo Booth Questions 📸

Every Pop & Pose Photo Booth rental includes everything you need for a fun, seamless experience. Each rental includes professional setup and breakdown, a custom-designed photo template personalized for your event, high quality props, and a private online gallery with all of your event photos. Depending on the package you choose, guests can enjoy unlimited digital photos, instant text and email sharing, and unlimited prints. Our goal is to provide a stress-free experience so you can focus on enjoying your event while we handle the rest.

Most setups require about an 8’ x 8’ area with access to a standard electrical outlet.

We typically arrive about 1-1.5 hours before your rental begins to complete setup so everything is ready when your guests arrive.

Absolutely! We typically arrive about one hour before your rental begins to set up, and this setup time is included in your rental. If your venue requires earlier setup than your rental start time, we offer idle time at a a reduced rate to keep the booth set up but inactive until your event begins.

Yes! We offer a variety of backdrop options to compliment different event styles. We continue to add new backdrops throughout the year, and we’re happy to help you choose the perfect one to match your events theme and decor.

Prints are included with our Signature and Luxe packages. Our Digital Drop-Off package provides unlimited digital photos, GIFs, and boomerangs.

Yes! Guests can instantly share their photos via text, email, or QR code (venue Wi-Fi or cellular service permitting).

Yes, as long as the setup area is flat, covered, and protected from direct sun, rain, and wind.

No problem! We’re fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

A signed agreement and a 50% retainer are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for spring weddings, holiday parties, and graduation season. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule.

We offer convenient packages for birthdays, graduations, baby showers, weddings and more. Individual tables and chairs are also available if you need something custom.

We offer 8-foot rectangular banquet tables and 60-inch round tables.

Yes! We deliver throughout Central Florida, including Winter Springs, Oviedo, Sanford, Lake Mary, Orlando, Winter Park, Apopka, and surrounding areas.

Pickup is available for select smaller orders. Larger orders require delivery to help ensure safe transportation of our equipment.
